Rivetira
Book a line assessment

Start with one station

A line assessment takes three weeks, costs nothing, and produces a signed baseline plus a modelled return for a single station on your line. No production disruption and no obligation.

  • Week 1 — instrument one station, observe the current process
  • Week 2 — quantify rework, shim, escape and takt reality
  • Week 3 — modelled ROI, deployment plan and a written baseline

conversion to paid pilot

We would rather tell you the assessment shows a weak return than sell you a deployment that will not pay back. That is why the conversion figure is 35% and not higher.

Three things worth knowing

  1. STEP 01

Bring one station, not the whole plant

The conversation is far more productive if you have a specific station in mind — the one that keeps appearing in rework meetings.

    Assessment scope1 station

  2. STEP 02

    Bring your current numbers

Rework hours, shim hours, escape counts, takt adherence. Even rough figures let us tell you within one call whether this is worth pursuing.

    What we need4 metrics

  3. STEP 03

    Bring the sceptic

Invite the mechanic or quality engineer who thinks this will not work. Their objections are the most useful part of the meeting.

    Recommended attendees3–5

Shadow first. Autonomy is earned, not switched on.

Every agent starts by watching. It is promoted only when its measured accuracy clears the mechanic-plus-metrology baseline and the twin agrees.

  1. Weeks 1–4

    Shadow

Agent observes the station, predicts every outcome, actuates nothing. Accuracy measured against what the mechanics actually do.

  2. Weeks 4–10

    Advisory

Agent recommends feed, shim geometry and sequence. A human accepts or rejects; every rejection becomes training data.

  3. Weeks 10–20

    Supervised

Agent actuates with a human in the loop and a live fail-safe stop. Airworthiness-critical dispositions still require sign-off.

  4. Week 20+

    Closed loop

Agent runs the step. Humans handle exceptions and the twin gates any change to the control policy.

Built for programs that cannot leak and cannot fail

Airframe geometry is among the most protected IP in manufacturing, and much of it is export-controlled. Rivetira is architected for that reality from the edge up.

Certified

SOC 2 Type II

Annual audit covering security, availability and confidentiality of the control plane.

Supported

ITAR / EAR aware

US-person access controls, on-prem and air-gapped deployment for controlled programs.

Mapped

AS9100 alignment

Quality records, NCR flow and traceability mapped to aerospace quality requirements.

In progress

ISO 27001

Information security management system certification underway. [PLACEHOLDER: target date]

Data stays where the airframe is

  • Factory edge runtime holds all program geometry, imagery and metrology locally
  • Air-gapped mode: model updates arrive by signed media, telemetry never leaves
  • Per-tenant isolation and per-program cryptographic separation
  • Encryption in transit and at rest; customer-managed keys available

Assurance-grade by default

  • Immutable audit trail for every agent action, sensor reading and human override
  • SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning and role-based access down to station level
  • Fail-safe stop for drills, fasteners, crawlers and cranes at < 40 ms
  • Human-in-the-loop mandatory for airworthiness-critical dispositions

What changes on the floor

Plant directors, liaison engineers and airworthiness leads on what autonomy did to their numbers.

“We stopped arguing about whether the gap was 0.4 or 0.6 millimetres. The twin predicted it, the shim came off the machine right, and the join closed in one pass.”

Dana WhitlockDirector of Wing Operations, Meridian Aerostructures

−64% shim hours per join

“The rate ramp was going to cost us four more positions. Instead the line rebalanced itself every shift and we found the capacity inside the stations we already had.”

Marcus AdeyemiPlant Director, Final Assembly, Calder Aviation Group

+38% delivered rate

“Every hole is now inspected, not one in four. My airworthiness record writes itself, and I can hand an auditor a complete trace in ninety seconds.”

Priya RaghunathanChief Quality & Airworthiness Engineer, Northvane Defense

Questions engineers actually ask

Anything else goes to the people who build it. Ask an assembly engineer or read the full FAQ.

Yes. It costs us three weeks of a manufacturing engineer’s time and we do it because it is the only honest way to know whether a deployment will pay back. About two thirds of assessments do not convert, and we say so in the report.

No. Assessment instrumentation is passive — cameras and metrology observation only. Nothing is written to a machine and no process changes are made during the assessment window.

Contact us without any program details and we will arrange a secure channel and, if needed, cleared personnel before any technical discussion. Do not put controlled information in the form above.

Fastest to date is four months from assessment to first closed-loop station. Median is around seven. Air-gapped defense deployments run longer because accreditation, not software, is the long pole.

Every fastener, flawless fit

A line assessment maps one station, quantifies the rework, shim and rate opportunity, and returns a modelled ROI in three weeks. No production disruption.
